INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES - BID 09/2017

Bids are invited for the INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES for a three year period commencing 1 July 2017. Potential bidders must be registered with, SAICA and IRBA for the provision of Internal Audit Services as more fully detailed in the tender documentation.

Bid documents with the necessary specifications may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R250.00 from the Debtors Clerk, 4th Floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth, Telephone number 041-508 7015.

The bids will be evaluated on two stage evaluation process; the bids will be evaluated on functionality and preference in terms of the 90/10 point system. Bids that do not meet a functionality assessment of 75% will not be considered further or advance to the financial assessment.

A compulsory briefing session with representatives of the District Municipality will take place at the Municipal Offices, 6th floor; Tuesday, 7 March 2017 starting at 11h00 and failure to attend will result in the disqualification or rejection of a bid

Bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID 09/2017: INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES” must be placed in the tender box, 4th Floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth, before 12h00 pm on Friday, 24 March 2017, where after bids will be opened in public in the Committee Room No. 1, 6th floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth.

Prospective bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and with their Overall Tax Status matters compliant. Failure to comply shall render the bid null and void. Failure to submit any compulsory document(s) shall render the bid null and void.

No late, incomplete, facsimile or emailed bids will be accepted for consideration. The only or lowest bid received shall not necessarily be accepted.
