The Sarah Baartman District Municipality invites bids for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MATERIAL FOR UPGRADING OF ROADS AND STORMWATER IN RIETBRON.
Bid documents with the necessary specifications may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R250.00 from the Debtors Clerk, 4th Floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth, Telephone number 041-508 7037.
The bids will be evaluated on the 90/10 preferential points system.
Bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID NO. 15/2017: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MATERIAL FOR UPGRADING OF ROADS AND STORMWATER IN RIETBRON” must be placed in the Bid box at 4th floor, Standard Bank Building, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth, The closing date for submission is Monday, 27 March 2017 no later than 12h00. Thereafter bids will be opened in public in Committee Room 1, 6th floor (at above address). No late submission will be considered.
Prospective bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and with their Overall Tax Status matters compliant on the bid closing date. Failure to comply shall render the bid null and void. Failure to submit any compulsory document(s) shall render the bid null and void.
No late, incomplete, facsimile or email bids will be accepted for consideration. The only or lowest bid received shall not necessarily be accepted.
